Professional indemnity insurance is held with a Swiss insurer, covering commissioned photographic work carried out within Europe. Details of the policy and its geographic scope are available on request for clients who require them for procurement purposes.

Image rights

Unless credited otherwise, all photographs on this site are the work of Swiss Moravec and are protected by copyright. They may not be copied, reproduced, published, or used to train machine learning systems without prior written permission.

Licences are granted per project and define medium, duration and territory. Receiving image files does not by itself transfer any right of use. Where a photograph was commissioned by a third party, that party may hold rights that limit what can be licensed here.

  • Press and editorial use: by arrangement, with the credit © Swiss Moravec.
  • Architectural clients: usage as set out in the individual commission agreement.
  • Private use, including as wallpaper or in mood boards: not permitted without consent.
